It is specialized in design consultation, construction and commerce. From 27/10/2004, HVD ltd., company was changed into HVD JSC under the certificate of business registration no. 0101383221 issued by business registration division – Planning and investment department of Hanoi city.

HVD JSC is the tenderer in the fields of design, investment and construction of civil works, industrial zone, traffic, irrigation works… also the leading consultant of design and construction reaching the high – technical standards.
